This policy explains how Sales Key LLC ("Legal Touch AI," "we") handles information through legaltouchai.com and the Legal Touch AI service.

Information we collect

From law firms: contact details, billing details handled by our payment processor, and the setup information you give us (hours, staff, screening questions, calendar access). From people who call our clients: name, phone number, email, the answers they give, call recordings, and transcripts. From website visitors: basic technical data such as browser type and pages viewed.

How we use it

To provide the service: answer and route calls, book appointments, send call summaries, send texts the caller asked for or that confirm their appointment, support and improve the service, bill firms, and meet legal duties.

Text messages

Mobile numbers and text message consent are not shared with or sold to third parties for their marketing. Reply STOP to any text to opt out, or HELP for help. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies.

Call recordings

Calls are recorded with a notice at the start of the call. Recordings and transcripts belong to the law firm whose line was called and are kept for the period that firm chooses, or as the law requires.

Who we share with

The law firm whose line was called. Service providers that run the platform, phone, texting, email, and payments for us, only as needed to provide the service. Authorities when the law requires it. We do not sell personal information.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct, or delete your information through the contact options on our Book a demo page. California residents may have additional rights under California law.

Security

We use access controls and the security features of our service providers. No system is perfectly secure.
