Where Legal Touch AI comes from
Legal Touch AI is a new technology service built to help small law firms manage incoming calls. It comes from the team behind Legal Touch Borrower Defense, a student-loan document preparation business. We developed Legal Touch AI to put automated call handling to work in our own operations before offering it to other businesses.
Our own callers are often stressed, and many call after work or on weekends. We needed every call answered, every caller treated kindly, and every good lead sent to the right person on our team. So we set up Legal Touch AI on our own lines: it greets callers, asks our screening questions, texts our team before it transfers, and books callbacks on our calendars. Now we set up the same thing for law firms.
