How it works

The call that comes in at 7:40 PM is often a new case. Here is what happens when it rings.

It answers your calls

Your AI receptionist answers incoming calls, identifies itself, and follows the greeting and intake instructions approved by your firm.

You control who gets through

Choose which calls transfer to your team, which callers can request consultations, and what information the AI should collect.

60-day money-back guarantee (minus costs, max $750)

If Legal Touch AI hasn't captured at least one potential new case for your firm (a new-client caller screened and transferred or booked) within 60 days of go-live, we'll refund everything you paid, minus our documented out-of-pocket costs for your service: phone, AI and texting charges, card processing fees our processor doesn't return, and your share of our software platform. It's itemized and never more than $750.

Not every caller hires on the first call. 60 days gives you real data: we share a 60-day report on every call captured, who was screened, transferred and booked, so you see what's working in your intake from day one.

Don't know what an average case is worth to you? We'll measure it: your 60-day report shows which captured callers signed and what they're worth, with your numbers shown next to public benchmarks for your practice area.

  • We build it, run it, and keep improving it
  • 800 call minutes a month (about 260 three-minute calls)
  • Answers 24/7 on the first ring, with your screening questions
  • Live transfers during office hours, with a text to you first
  • Books consults on your Google or Outlook calendar
  • Call summary, recording, and transcript after every call
  • Missed-call text-back included
  • Script changes on request, usually within 1 business day
  • Monthly check-in call

Overage rates and cancellation terms are provided in writing before activation. Need after-hours only, Spanish, case software sync, or several offices? Ask on the demo call. We quote those separately.

Your law firm stays in control

The AI answers and screens. Your attorneys make every legal decision.

What it will not do

  • Give legal advice or predict how a case will turn out
  • Decide conflicts of interest
  • Promise that your firm will take a case or represent anyone
  • Quote your fees, unless you approve the exact wording

What you decide

  • The screening questions it asks
  • Who gets transfers, and when
  • Your hours, your calendar, and which cases count as urgent
  • Any change to the script. Nothing goes live without your OK.

Questions firms ask

Will callers know they are talking to AI?

Yes. It says it is your firm's AI assistant in its first sentence. Some states require that, and we do it everywhere.

Is the call recorded?

Yes. Every call starts with a recording notice, because California and several other states require consent from everyone on the call.

What if a caller doesn't want to be recorded?

The greeting gives them the choice. What happens next, such as taking a short message or sending them to your office line, is set with you during setup and written into the service agreement.

Does it give legal advice or quote my fees?

No. It never gives legal advice, never predicts how a case will turn out, and never quotes fees unless you approve the exact wording.

What happens when the AI gets something wrong?

It is set up not to guess. When it isn't sure, it takes a message and flags the call. You get the recording and transcript of every call, so mistakes are easy to spot, and we fix the script when you tell us, usually within 1 business day.

Do I have to change phone companies?

No. You keep your number and your phone company. You forward calls to us, and you can switch the forwarding off any time.

What happens if the service goes down?

Because you keep your own number, you can turn call forwarding off at any time and calls ring your office again. Backup routing during an outage will be set in the service agreement.

What if a caller asks for a person?

During your office hours it transfers them to the person you choose. After hours it books a callback on your calendar and texts them the time.

Who can see my call data, and how long is it kept?

Your firm gets every summary, recording, and transcript by text, email, and in your dashboard, and the call records belong to your firm. How long they are kept, and how you export or delete them, will be set in the service agreement.

What counts toward the 800 minutes?

Talk time on calls the AI answers for your firm. Exactly how transfers, spam calls, and reminder calls are counted, and the rate for extra minutes, will be set in the service agreement before activation.

Does it make sales calls for my firm?

No. It answers incoming calls. The only calls it places are reminders to people who booked with you or asked for a callback, and only if you turn that on.

How long does setup take?

Our goal is to have you live within about a week after the kickoff call. Texting registration with the phone carriers can take a few business days, and calls work before texting is approved.

What is the 60-day money-back guarantee (minus costs, max $750)?

If Legal Touch AI hasn't captured at least one potential new case for your firm (a new-client caller screened and transferred or booked) within 60 days of go-live, we'll refund everything you paid, minus our documented out-of-pocket costs for your service: phone, AI and texting charges, card processing fees our processor doesn't return, and your share of our software platform. It's itemized and never more than $750. Go-live is the day your calls start forwarding to Legal Touch AI.

Why 60 days?

Not every caller hires on the first call. 60 days gives you real data: we share a 60-day report on every call captured, who was screened, transferred and booked, so you see what's working in your intake from day one.

What if I don't know what an average case is worth to my firm?

Don't know what an average case is worth to you? We'll measure it: your 60-day report shows which captured callers signed and what they're worth, with your numbers shown next to public benchmarks for your practice area. Even if you know your numbers, we show them next to the public benchmarks for your practice area, with the source and year, so you can see the difference. Public benchmarks are context, not your results: your return is figured only from your real fees for signed cases, and any estimate is labeled as an estimate, never as revenue.

What happens if I cancel?

Service is month to month. You can turn off call forwarding yourself at any time. The notice period, any setup fee refund, and how you receive your recordings and records are set in the service agreement, which you get before activation.
